Healthy Cookies

Ingredients
1.5 Cups of whole Spelt Flour
1 Cup of oats blended
1/2 Cup of flax meal blended
1/3 Cup of Sunflowers
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon or Vanilla
2/3 Cups of Oil
1/2 Cup of Molasses
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Chopped Walnuts or Almonds
Optional: 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips

Directions
Combine it all. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Take out, roll, and place on baking sheet (no need to leave much space in between they don't expand). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
