4 Shevat ~ Sushi and Won Tons!

After taking on the Mitzvah of keeping kosher, I have been cooking every Monday a weeks worth of meals for me to eat. This week Ellie, Bonnie and Finn joined me to make delicious vegetarian sushi and crispy won tons. We filled our Sushi rolls with carrots, mangos, and avocado. Not only were they beautiful colors, they tasted AMAZING! We also made crispy Won Tons with an apricot dip that the kids all devoured in minutes.
